In November 2017, the Vital Nodes consortium meet for the kick-off workshop in Vienna. The meeting also facilitated the first urban nodes workshop. The workshops in the pilot case Vienna are particularly important for Vital Nodes, as they will be used to define the methodology that will be used in the project cause. In Vienna, first results were attained, of which now the first Vital Nodes fingerprint will be produced. As pilot case, Vienna is the only urban node that will have two workshops. In the second workshop, the fingerprint will be refined, before we publish it on the dedicated node page.
